How to sync the LivePepper menu catalog to TicknCook?

Your LivePepper orders don’t show up on TicknCook? It’s probably an unsynchronized catalog issue. TicknCook retrieves your menu catalog through HubRise. It is therefore essential to export your catalog to HubRise so TicknCook can retrieve it.

  • Log in to your LivePepper admin area
  • Go to My menu, then Import/Export
  • Under HubRise, click the Export button
  • That’s it — your catalog has been exported to HubRise!

Exporting the LivePepper catalog to HubRise
