How to synchronize the LivePepper menu catalog to TicknCook?
Your LivePepper orders are not showing on TicknCook?
This is probably an unsynchronized catalog issue.
TicknCook retrieves your menu’s catalog through HubRise.
It is therefore essential to export your catalog to HubRise so that TicknCook can retrieve it .
- Log in to your LivePepper admin area
- Go to My menu, then to Import / Export
- In HubRise, click on the Export button
- Here you are, your catalog has been exported to HubRise!
